ISO vacuum bored blank flanges are made of 304/316L stainless steel. Centering ring and seal assemblies include a stainless steel centering ring and aluminum retainer ring, with O-rings available in Viton or Buna-N. Single and double claw clamps are stainless steel. Sizes range from ISO63 to ISO630.
ISO-BF bolted flanges have a bore for standard inch tubes/piping or a blank-off to seal ports. Infinitely rotatable, they are compatible with NW63–NW630 ISO-BF bolted vacuum flanges and join using ISO flange bolt-and-nut sets.
Blank flanges (including non-rotatable types) are available in sizes from CF16 to CF350, made of SS304 or SS316L. Sealed with oxygen-free copper gaskets, they achieve an effective vacuum of 1×10⁻¹¹ mbar and operate at temperatures from -200°C to 800°C.
