ISO vacuum bored blank flanges are made of 304/316L stainless steel. Centering ring and seal assemblies include a stainless steel centering ring and aluminum retainer ring, with O-rings available in Viton or Buna-N. Single and double claw clamps are stainless steel. Sizes range from ISO63 to ISO630.

Description of ISO vacuum flanges

● Suitable for both low and high vacuum systems, these components offer a simple solution for applications requiring easy, repeated assembly.

● They pass helium leakage tests before shipping and come with plastic flange caps to prevent scratches during transport.

● ISO-KF components are assembled by placing a centering ring (with a Viton O-ring) between two flanges and securing them with vacuum clamps.
