Description of ISO vacuum flanges

● Used in both low and high vacuum systems, these components provide a simple solution for applications needing easy, repeated assembly.

● They pass helium leakage tests before shipping and include plastic flange caps to prevent scratches during transport.

● ISO-KF components are assembled by placing a centering ring (with a Viton O-ring) between two flanges and securing them with a vacuum clamp.
